Ego & Id - B.E.T.A.
B.E.T.A. represents the combined forces of Benny ELs (vocalist) and t. agency (producer). Their music transcends the common labels of underground and mainstream, sonically headed toward the future, yet spiritually rooted in the old school. B.E.T.A. aims to establish itself not only as a musical group, but as a creative movement, combining surreal imagery and theatrical performance with powerful music and lyrics.
After a long time of collaborating and refining their sound, B.E.T.A. is releasing their innovative debut album Ego & Id in Spring of 2011. A two-part conceptual album, Ego & Id reflects the dual sides of the human psyche as cited by psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud: the rational (Ego) and the primal (Id). The styles of each side clash, yet manage to complement each other perfectly. The resulting sound is B.E.T.A.
